30-Day Returns Policy

At TuVidaFácil, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for our 30-day commercial returns policy, the product must be in good condition, unused beyond what is necessary to check its characteristics and functionality, and, whenever possible, with its tags and original packaging.

Proof of purchase using the order number or another valid receipt will be required.

This commercial policy does not limit consumers' legal rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable in the European Union.

How to Request a Return

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to make the return.

We recommend contacting us before shipping the product to ensure it is processed correctly. This procedure does not limit your legal rights.

Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns, the customer must arrange and bear the direct return shipping costs, provided they have been informed in advance and unless applicable law states otherwise.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, TuVidaFácil will bear the legally applicable costs and offer a solution in accordance with consumer rights.

We do not charge any additional restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Check your order upon receipt.

If the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible at jesus.rama@tuvidafacil.shop.

We will investigate the issue and offer the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the legal right of withdrawal may be excluded in certain cases, including:

• Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized.

• Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

• Products that, after delivery, have been mixed inextricably with other goods.

These exceptions will only apply when the corresponding legal requirements are met and will not limit rights due to product non-conformity.

Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another model, size, or variant, contact us.

For voluntary exchanges, the standard option will be to request a return in accordance with our policy and place a new order.

If the product has a lack of conformity, we will respect the corresponding legal rights, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as applicable.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision, except for legally provided exceptions.

To exercise it, clearly communicate your decision by email to jesus.rama@tuvidafacil.shop before the end of said period.

Once you have communicated your withdrawal, you will have another 14 calendar days to return the product.

We will refund the corresponding amounts in accordance with applicable law, including the initial standard delivery costs when applicable.

The consumer will bear the direct return costs when they have been informed in advance, unless applicable law states otherwise.

The consumer will only be responsible for any decrease in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

This legal right is independent of our 30-day commercial returns policy.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Once the return has been received, we will inspect the condition of the product and inform you of the result.

For returns covered by our 30-day commercial policy, we will process the corresponding refund within a maximum of 10 business days from its approval.

When the legal right of withdrawal is exercised, we will issue the refund without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days following the communication of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no additional cost to the consumer.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
